Join the West Kootenay EcoSociety, the Interfaith Climate Action Collaborative and your community to celebrate this year’s International Earth Day theme of “Protect our Species”
2pm: Speakers, community information and kids activities, including:
- Shelly Boyd, Arrow Lakes (Sinixt) facilitator for the Colville Confederated Tribes
- Painting a parachute for the planet with the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute (KATI)
- Take home seed planting with Central Kootenay Invasive Species Society (CKISS)
- Recycled Symphony
