On Saturday, May 14, West Kootenay EcoSociety’s Cottonwood Community Market opens to kick-off another season and we want you to join us. This year is a transition between the old and new market space. The new market space is scheduled to be in place inside of Cottonwood Falls Park by spring 2017. The Cottonwood Market will be a tent market this year and will be located on the same site as past years. There will be water, electricity, and bathrooms available and we have a full roster of vendors ready to go. There is often room for drop-in vendors, who add a unique and exciting mix to each Saturday market throughout the season.
Our Annual Membership Drive continues until May 21 and we need your support to continue bringing you the markets that you love. Join as a monthly EcoSociety member for as low as $5 per month.
Our West Kootenay EcoSociety Downtown Local Market starts on Wednesday, June 15. This fun street market runs all summer untilSeptember 28 and is a feast for those of you who want beautiful locally grown and handmade goods.
