Nelson Waldorf School triathlon raises funds for EcoSociety

Nelson Waldorf School Class 7 organized a triathlon fundraiser on Thursday, May 26. The event started with paddling canoes west along Kootenay Lake from the Orange Bridge, hiking Pulpit Rock, and then pedaling from Pulpit across the Orange Bridge to Lakeside Park. 12 Mile Storage annual garage sale a success!

  12 Mile Storage hosted the 3rd annual North Shore Community Garage Sale on May 28 and has generously donated $500 including all collected vendor fees to West Kootenay EcoSociety for our operation of the Kokanee Creek Nature Centre.
