The Ktunaxa Nation announced friday that it will appeal the decision of the BC Supreme Court regarding development in an area considered sacred.
On April 3, the BC Supreme court issued a decision upholding the Master Development Agreement between the province of BC and the Glacier Resorts Limited development company. The BC Court of Appeals will decide whether to hear the Ktunaxa Nation’s appeal.
